Your Skin Is Changing And So Should Your Routine

As the air turns crisp and cozy, your skin starts needing more care from you. After months of sun, humidity, and SPF reapplication, your skin has done a lot. As temperatures drop and indoor heat kicks on, you might notice:
A feeling of tightness after cleansing
More dryness or flakiness
Dull or eneven tone
Breakouts or irriatation from barrier stress
This isnt your imagination, your skin barrier is literally adjusting to cooler, drier air.
In fall, we focus on:
Hydration and barrier repair: lightweight gels give way to nourishing creams and oils.
Gentle exfoliation: summer's buildup of SPF and sweat needs clearing.
Antioxidant and vitamin support: to help repair UV damage and strengthen the skin before winter.
A few of my innerGLOW favorite swaps:
Replace your foaming cleanser with a creamy or oil-based one.
Add a hydrating serum or mist under your moisturizer.
Introduce a gentle scrub or exfoliating pad 1-2 x weekly.
Lock it all in witha barrier-supporting moisturizer
Fall is the season of renewal, for home, habits, and your skin. A few mindful swaps now mean soft, radiant, balanced skin all winter long.
